Fun class on Tuesday 21st Feb.

  2. We started with a vegetable soup (using an immersion blender), then a main course of Porc Picard (pork tenderloin cooked in cider with apples) a traditional recipe from where I grew up, and we finished by a free form pear and hazelnut tart.
